1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by Dexcange (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure Statement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. The Platform may require identity verification (KYC) as mandated by applicable regulations.
3. Trading & Transactions
All trades executed on the Platform are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. The Platform acts as a technology provider and does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or performance of any digital asset. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and that you may lose your entire investment. Fee schedules are published on the Fees page and may be updated periodically.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, or circumventing sanctions. The Platform reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited activities and to report such activities to relevant authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dexcange and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
